Family BBQ - 14th July - Celebrate a Fab Summer so Far!

Hi Everyone,
For those who don’t know me, I am part of the social secretary duo that is Chris Barr & Sarah Broxton. We have been biding our time a little to let the main cricket season get down to the weekly training and playing for the summer.
The All Stars, Under 11’s and Under 13’s have been amazing this year, what a credit to you all, you must be very proud! Great to see such a happy group, enjoying being together as a team and developing so many skills way beyond just playing!
Of course, the team of people organising the Juniors’ Cricket at HCC want everyone to get to know each other outside of the training and playing matches. "Time to Relax" : as parents, we know only too well how busy it is, watching the clock and chasing time to sort all the responsibilities we have at home, work and doing the best we can for our kids everyday. So now is an opportunity, we would love you all to attend and CHILL, at least for a night!
We would like to invite you to come to a FAMILY BBQ at the HHC ground, as part of the normal training session and into the night, on Friday 14th July. There will be live music from a fabulous local band, THE ORIGINAL BLACK DIAMONDS, who certainly will do their best to chill us all down nicely and create a very relaxed evening. It is family focused, so all kids welcome, whether they are training or not. Obviously, training will happen as normal from 6pm for all ages, but the BBQ will be serving food from 7pm latest and the bar is open until late into the evening.
Please come along, we’d love to see you all there and have a great night together before the kids finish nursery, school and the family holidays kick-in.
Hope you have a great night, a wonderful summer and well done to all our young bright stars!
Thanks

Chris & Sarah
